My name is Tanya and I an currently in college persuing a degree in Elementary Edcuation. I have three children and enjoy each and every minute spent with them. This is to take credit for the choice that I made to become a school teacher. Please take a closer look at my site to learn more.

Teaching Phliosophy

There are several different learning styles and each child's style varies tremendously depending on the type of material being learned. Some learn more productively than others. Some learn well while reading and writing and even by presenting information. Knowing and understanding the learning styles is a vital part of being an educator. If you understand each individual style of learning, then it is much less complicated to understand each and every student.

My Hobbies

I really enjoy softball. I do not play myself, but my daughter plays fast pitch and the whole family has become very involved. We travel all over to watch her play ball. She plays third base and has been known to hit a home run or two. It is a very exciting sport.
